The culmination of years of research and experience in helmet development, the AraiRX-7V Evois the most technologically advanced helmet in the company’s sports-touring range. It replaces the outgoingRX-7Vmodel with certification to the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards.

The PB-SNC2 (Peripherally Belted Structural Net Composite) shell is infused with special synthetic fibres previously used in Formula 1 for superior strength while retaining flexibility and reducing weight. Further reinforced by a super-fibre belt across the eye-port, the rounded shell of the RX-7V Evo utilises Arai’s Variable Axis System, VAS for short, for improved glance-off performance and to better deflect impact energy away from the helmet.

This aerodynamic full-face features an improved Type 12 rear diffuser, which is designed to ‘fill in’ and smooth the aerodynamic flow between the helmet and rider’s suit hump, as well as a retractable chin spoiler to aid extraction of hot air, and a MotoGP-tested adjustable air wing to significantly improve stability at top speed.

The RX-7V boasts numerous vents for airflow, including at the top centre of the helmet. The adjustable chin vent can be adjusted in 3 positions to allow more air and reduce wind noise. It works alongside the air inlets at the top centre of the helmet and the brows to intake cool air and exhaust humidity out the sides and neck.

The fully removable interior is made from antibacterial Eco Pure textile with natural antibacterial properties and a peel-away system with space to accommodate intercom speakers. The Emergency Release System allows easy paramedic access in an accident, the Double-D ring is secure and reliable, and the included VAS Max Vision Visor features a new mechanism that helps user-friendly installation and removal.
