The Bell Star DLX MipsFasthouseis a premium sports helmet with a Tri-Matrix shell and an innovative MIPS energy management system.

Derived from the original helmet released in 1967, the Bell Star has long represented the standard all full-face helmets should strive to achieve; the latest version now incorporates a smaller profile with finely tuned aerodynamics, and now MIPS technology.

Held within a Tri-Matrix composite shell, the Bell Star takes advantage of MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System): this technology consists of a low-friction slip-plane system that rotates inside the helmet, mimicking the brain’s own protection system, to slow and reduce the amount of energy transferred to the head during angular impacts and a variety of potential crash scenarios.

The VelocityFlow Ventilation system uses a series of adjustable vents on the chin bar, brow and top of the helmet to intake cool air, run it through the inner channels of the helmet, and out the rear exhaust. The Panovision Class 1 visor provides an excellent field of vision, the X-Static XT2 silver lining is moisture-wicking and anti-bacterial, and the magnetic cheek pads are interchangeable.
