D30 is a patented protective material, formulated to produce a high level of shock-absorbing and impact protective qualities. The material is highly durable, versatile and malleable to be inserted into your motorcycle jacket and trousers and protect your body from the force of a crash. The intelligent molecules that make up the D30 protector move freely when contorted, but when hit with force, the molecules lock together to absorb the impact energy, and instantly return to its flexible state.

The D30 armour is designed and shaped for individual parts of your upper or lower body including the knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, chest and back. Tested and CE certified EN1621-1:2012, the Level 2 protectors are temperature stable, are certified to CE Level 2 for use in ambient, damp and cold conditions.
